Description

Karno Selium supports the preparation for oestrus and reproduction in sows. -Improves the response to oxidative stress -Strengthens uterine muscle tone during farrowing -Reduces pre-weaning losses -Improves piglet vigour -Reduces the incidence of Splay leg -Improves meat quality. Packaging: 25 kg bags Presentation: Powder form In sow herds, oxidative stress significantly increases at the end of gestation and during lactation. Karno Selium contains vitamin E which is an anti-oxidant and which has an impact on the development of immune competence in young animals. Karno Selium also contains Selenium which helps reduce pre-weaning losses and improves the vigour of piglets by enriching the colostrum and milk with selenium. Composition Vitamin E - Selenium Recommendation for use Sow: between 7 days beforehand and up to 3 days before parturition or copulation. Fattening pigs: as a 5-day treatment to prevent muscle problems related to a vitamin E and Selenium deficiency.
