BROILER PAN FEEDING Broiler pan feeding system is consisted of drive system,feed hopper,feed transport chains,auger,feedpan,suspension system,anti-perch system andfeed level sensor.Its major function is to transpport feed from hopper to every feedpan,and to automatically control the on/off of the drive system,achieving automation of th entire feeding system. .Silo type nd hopper type are the two main feeding lines. .Feed transport system runs steadily,and feed can be transported to each feedpan to guarantee the sufficient feed supply for broiler. .Silo volume can be adjusted based on the specific number of birds per shed.(Approximately 0.65ton/m3) .Imported feed level sensor is provided in the automatic electronic-controlled box,which greatly enhances the accuracy of the whole feeing transport process. .Feedpan is adjustable in height,easy to clean,and can be dismantle and then used for rearing.
