Overview
ZAvblue2 is a compact centrifugal fan series designed for ventilation and cooling systems requiring high system efficiency and low noise. The combination of ECblue motor technology and a biomimetically optimized impeller with enlarged air inlet yields system efficiencies above 70% and a reduced sound level of up to 3 dB versus the previous generation, enabling higher volume flow with lower energy consumption.

ZApilotXL performance module
ZAvblue2 is available with the ZApilotXL performance module. It shares mounting dimensions with the GR module for drop-in replacement without major modifications. With ZApilotXL, overall efficiency can increase by up to 7%, making the combination suitable for volume-flow-intensive installations.

Available with optional inlet nozzle in galvanized sheet steel. Impeller diameters: 250, 280, 315, 355, 400, 450, 500, 560, 630 mm. Free-blowing volume flows up to approx. 23,000 m³/h; maximum static pressure increase up to 1,600 Pa. Compact installation possible; ZApilotXL enhances performance for volume-intensive applications.

Properties & Special Features
The 3D-profiled blades, rotating diffusor and diagonal outflow combine to provide high volume flows, elevated impeller efficiency and reduced sound levels. The design is suited to high-flow applications in confined installation spaces.
