MWS Schneidwerkzeuge GmbH & Co. KG, based in Schmalkalden, Germany, is a leading manufacturer of premium cutting tools for agricultural, forestry, and municipal technology as well as for the tire and recycling industries. Since our founding in 1991, we have stood for high quality standards, flexibility, and technological innovation – supported by state-of-the-art milling, grinding, heat treatment, and coating processes at our in-house production site.
As part of the medium-sized Mendritzki Group, we benefit from strong synergies while continuing to focus on precision cutting tool specialization. Our brands MWS and MTV are used worldwide – from 6-meter-long blade profiles and innovative hard-surfacing techniques to the efficient Mulchmaster mowing system.
Thanks to our certified quality systems (ISO 9001 & IATF 16949), in-house hardening and coating facilities, and close collaboration with research institutions, we offer customized solutions – from raw steel to the finished component.
