The manufacture and design process of a new development in ESCUDERO is laborious and demanding. Each piece is designed, manufactured and assembled under strict quality control.

Our equipment, in all their pieces or parts have their own traceability plan which in their whole form the final traceability plan where which contains all data which is the DNA of the machine.

Before to be marketed, every new equipment is submitted to work in field, in different zones, to the most extreme tests, to analyse its work behavior, its effort resistance, the material durability, the behavior in the face of fatigue and wear.

The final goal is to validate or reject the quality to it, the quality of its work, of the materials, its capacity in the face of the distressing, to control everything for its output to the market and subsequent use in thousands farms it help to build a successful future which will be share between customer and ESCUDERO.
