Foresteel

About Us

Foresteel manufactures specialist grounds maintenance equipment for professional users — municipalities, parks and recreation departments, greencare contractors, sports facilities, and property managers. Since 2013, we have focused on a single goal: reducing the manual labour burden in outdoor maintenance through purpose-built, compact machinery.

Our flagship product line, the 2-in-1 Leaf Vacuum Trailer series, vacuums, shreds, and collects leaves in a single pass — compacting debris to 10x, reducing dump runs dramatically, and allowing one operator to do the work that previously required multiple people. Customers report 4–5x efficiency gains during leaf season. One municipal service provider reduced bus shelter and park furniture cleaning to one person working 3x faster using our PW-Series mobile pressure washers.

All equipment is designed and produced at our Tartu factory using laser-cut high-strength steel, CNC bending, and ISO-compliant welding. Our trailers carry EU Type Approval (Certificate of Conformity), making them road-registerable across all EU member states — a critical compliance requirement for municipal fleet procurement.

Our values

1. Operational efficiency above all Every Foresteel product is designed to reduce the number of staff required and the time spent on repetitive maintenance tasks. We measure success by the hours our customers save, not the features on a spec sheet.

2. Professional-grade quality, accessible price We bridge the gap between expensive large-scale industrial equipment and underperforming consumer-grade alternatives. Our goal: professional output at a price that makes sense for a municipal budget or a mid-sized contractor fleet.

3. Full ownership of design, engineering, and assembly We design, engineer, weld, and assemble every product ourselves in Tartu, Estonia. These are the stages that determine quality — and keeping them in-house is how we maintain consistency, offer direct-from-manufacturer support, and guarantee spare parts availability throughout the product's operating life.

4. Designed with real users, tested in real conditions Every product iteration is shaped by feedback from the municipalities, golf course superintendents, and facility managers who use our equipment daily. We are not designing for a showroom — we design for autumn mud, narrow cemetery pathways, and flat municipal park budgets.

5. EU compliance as standard EU Type Approval (CoC) is not an optional upgrade — it comes standard. Our trailers are road-legal across the EU from the moment they leave our factory, meeting the registration requirements that municipal fleet managers legally require.

6. Long-term partnership, not a transaction 99.5% customer satisfaction across 21 countries. We support our customers directly — spare parts availability, technical guidance, and genuine post-sale contact with the team that built the machine. Our products are designed for a 10-year operating life.
