Description

This maize cultivator is well-suited to caring for maize, sunflowers and other plants. The tines of this spring-tine cultivator with goose-foot blades work especially well without becoming blocked when the space between the plants is 45 cm to 75 cm The blades also have a good capacity for self-cleaning. Individually suspended parallelograms are connected to the special profile pipe frame. The advantages are that the row widths between the crops can be set and adjusted quickly simply by loosening a single screw on the parallelogram. The cultivator’s vibrotines are on the separate parallelogram with two half-blades and three 150-mm to 200-mm goose-foot blades, on the interior. A half-blade and two goose-foot blades are attached to the exterior. It is also possible to have 30-mm narrow blades mounted instead of goose-foot blades. The ball-bearing mounted Farmflex tyres define exactly how deeply the blades penetrate. For use of this maize cultivator at a very early growth stage, protective sheets or protective discs for protecting the maize plants are also offered as optional equipment. Advantages: – Automatic steering with the upper link; – Loosening within the row; – Hydraulic folding from the tractor cab; – Transport width up to 4.5 metres; – Optional installation of mechanical or pneumatic bunkers for spreading manure at the same time.
