Pierce, load and bed! A versatile and economical solution for bedding livestock buildings and handling bales. The DT 250 Multidisc Pic bedding spreader, equipped with vertical rotors, ensures fast and effective bedding of cattle, poultry and pig houses. Its effort control allows the moving floor to slow automatically in case of straw accumulation to prevent blockages. The DT 250 is available in two rotor widths: 90 cm standard and 120 cm optional.

Main features

• Bale spike: Essential tool for handling round and square bales, fitted with 2 tines 130 cm long Ø 40 mm and a 90 cm spacing between the two tines.
• Automatic hydraulic connection: The male connector located on the spike frame allows control of all hydraulic functions of the spreader and the spike without leaving the machine.
• Bedding rotors: Rotors fitted with spreading discs with projection plates and retaining combs; discs are staggered to channel and regulate the flow of straw.
• Cutting knives on spreading disc: Rotors equipped with discs with stacked projection plates and cutting knives allowing precise control of straw flow; suitable for long-straw, wrapped or round bales.
• Adjustable side deflectors: Manually adjustable (electric option) to adapt the spreading width: 180° spreading, between 1.80 and 6 metres (8 m with wide discs).
• Effort control: The moving-floor speed is regulated to avoid material overload at the disentanglers and ensure even spreading and distribution.

Use and adaptability
Designed for handling and bedding, the DT 250 Multidisc Pic adapts to different bale sizes (round and square) and provides uniform straw distribution thanks to its deflectors and staggered discs. The system is suitable for processing long or wrapped straw bales as well as round bales.
