DESCRIPTION
In pig and poultry production there are moments in the cycle when the digestive tract is put to the test: weaning, feed changes, the arrival of a new batch or high parasite pressure in the house. In those weeks the balance of the gut flora drives intake, batch uniformity and feed conversion.
Bilantul Solución is the liquid phytobiotic of AMBiotec's Balance range for pigs and poultry of all categories: a blend of natural plant extracts (essential oils) and natural vitamin E dosed in the drinking water. It is used in short programmes of one to two weeks and can be mixed with water, with a rehydration solution or with milk, which makes it easy to use in the most sensitive stages.
Its action is based on the balance of the digestive microbiota: it stimulates the growth of beneficial flora, helps to protect the intestinal mucosa and reduce its permeability, and strengthens the animal's natural defences.
WHAT IT BRINGS TO THE FARM

• Parasite pressure: nutritional support on farms with coccidia, cryptosporidia, nematode and cestode challenge; it fits into the farm's parasite control programme without replacing it.
• Gut microbiota: stimulates the growth of beneficial microbiota and reduces the effects of toxins from undesirable bacteria such as clostridia.
• Mucosa and defences: protects the intestinal mucosa by reducing its permeability and strengthens the defences of the immune system.
• Performance: better use of nutrients and more uniform batches.
• Flexible use: short programmes in drinking water; it can also be mixed with a rehydration solution or with milk.

TARGET SPECIES AND PRODUCTION STAGES

• Pigs: all stages: piglets, nursery, fattening and breeding stock.
• Broilers: during the growing cycle.
• Laying hens and free-range hens: rearing, pullet rearing and laying period.
• Turkeys: during the production cycle.
• Quails: production farms.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

• Administration: orally, via the drinking water. Shake before use.
• Label dose: 1 ml of Bilantul Solución per litre of drinking water, in pigs and in poultry.
• Other ways of use: direct oral application, always mixed with water, a rehydration solution or milk.
• Pigs (indicative programme from the brochure): 1 ml per litre of drinking water for 2 weeks, at all stages.
• Poultry (indicative programme from the brochure): laying hens, free-range hens, broilers, turkeys and quails: 1 ml per litre of drinking water for 1 week.

Field example: a fattening house with a 2,000-litre header tank takes 2 litres of Bilantul Solución; following the indicative pig programme, this is repeated for two weeks.
Practical points: shake the container well before each use; dose with the proportional dosing pump or in the header tank, calculating the amount according to the volume of water; and keep the container closed between uses.
COMPOSITION AND ANALYTICAL CONSTITUENTS

• Composition: sanitised water, propylene glycol and magnesium carbonate.
• Additives (per kg): mixture of flavouring substances 16,170 mg. Technological additives: glyceryl polyethylene glycol ricinoleate (E484) 1.98 %; xanthan gum (1d415) 0.22 %; potassium sorbate (1k202) 0.16 %; silicic acid (E551a) 0.05 %. Nutritional additives: RRR-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (3a700ii) 1,880 IU.
• Analytical constituents: crude protein 1 %, crude fibre below 1 %, crude oils and fats below 1 %, crude ash 1.1 %, sodium below 0.1 %, phosphorus below 0.1 %, magnesium below 0.1 %, calcium below 0.1 %, lysine below 0.1 %, methionine below 0.1 %.
• Physico-chemical properties: white liquid with a characteristic odour.
• How the formula works: the mixture of flavouring substances is the phytobiotic fraction; the emulsifier and the thickener keep it dispersed in the drinking water, and natural vitamin E completes the formula.

SAFETY AND COMPATIBILITY

• Natural origin: ingredients of natural origin, with no known side effects, that do not generate resistance.
• Label contraindication: the simultaneous use of different organic acids or their salts is contraindicated when one or more of them are used at or near the maximum permitted content.
• Veterinary judgement: Bilantul Solución is a complementary feed and does not replace the diagnosis or judgement of the veterinarian responsible for the farm.

• Formats: 250 ml bottle, 1 kg bottle, 5 kg can, 20 kg can and 1,000 kg IBC.
