PresentationThe new range of 4-row hydropneumatic cultivators is engineered to work soils with substantial crop residues where conventional two-row cultivators cannot operate effectively. The design enables higher working speeds while ensuring uniform tillage across the full width.
Promotional data / usage examples1000 hectares = a single working unit
1000 hectares of wheat = 80,000 quintals of product
1000 hectares = 1000 satisfactions
Models / variants cited- ACIP 21V
- ACIP 17V
- ACIP 11VP (hydropneumatic cultivator with manual folding frame)
Functional notesTool spacing can be 26 cm or 28 cm; within each crossbar the arm spacing is 104 cm or 112 cm, which promotes the flow of soil and residues and the formation of ridges to improve rainwater drainage and speed drying. The 4-row layout allows operation on fields with high amounts of plant residue and achieves consistent working depth across the working width. Working pressure is adjustable from the tractor cab to adapt tip penetration to soil conditions; tip force can vary from 100 to 250 kg.
