Description

Overview
The MULTIWORKING is a multifunctional soil working implement designed to increase field productivity while reducing seedbed preparation costs by over 80%. It combines agronomic requirements and mechanical design to optimize soil loosening and residue management.

Functions and benefits
Replaces the plough, subsoiler and disc harrow. It loosens, overturns and breaks clods; the disc section overturns the most fertile soil layer and crushes clods. It regenerates the soil by relieving plough pan and compacted layers caused by seeding and winter operations.

Adjustments and working components
Ripper depth is set via the tractor lift; disc depth is adjusted by a mechanical arm at the three-point hitch. Section inversion and repositioning are performed hydraulically from the operator's seat. The tractor lift must have vertical hydraulic linkage regulation.

Versions and series
  • Series MW 4/10: working width 3.20 m; ripper tools loosen to 50 cm; maximum disc depth 27 cm. Optimal use requires a machine with power over 200 HP and tractor weight above 11,000 kg.
  • Series MW4/8: working width 2.60 m; ripper teeth loosen to 45 cm; maximum disc depth 25 cm. Required power over 140 HP and tractor weight above 8,000 kg.
  • Series MW3/6: working width 1.95 m; loosens to 40 cm; discs overturn up to 25 cm. Required power 90 HP; tractor weight should exceed 5,000 kg. Compatible with Sider. Man. tool carrier carts and can be trailed by tracked tractors.

Agronomic advantages
This solution enables two-layer soil working and a finish nearly ready for seeding, with estimated productivity gains up to 80% compared with traditional tillage.

Characteristics / technical specifications
  • Available working widths: from 1.95 m (MW3/6) to 3.20 m (MW4/10).
  • Ripper subsoiling depth: up to 50 cm (MW4/10), 45 cm (MW4/8), 40 cm (MW3/6).
  • Maximum disc depth: 27 cm (MW4/10), 25 cm (MW4/8 and MW3/6).
  • Required tractor power: from 90 HP (MW3/6) to over 200 HP (MW4/10).
  • Indicative required tractor weight: over 5,000 kg (MW3/6), over 8,000 kg (MW4/8), over 11,000 kg (MW4/10).
  • Adjustments: ripper depth via tractor lift; disc depth via mechanical arm at the third point; section inversion and repositioning hydraulic from the cab.
