Description

The Tipard 350 is an autonomous robot testing platform featuring a unique chassis and control technology, complemented by an innovative module kit. It offers exceptional maneuverability and variable clearance, making it suitable for a wide range of open-field applications, even in challenging terrains. The platform remains highly maneuverable in tight and narrow spaces within buildings and halls. The Tipard 350 is robust yet lightweight, weighing only 350kg and capable of supporting loads up to 150kg. It features vibration-free mounting for the electronics carrier, protecting components from environmental influences. The system includes a unique air-to-air heat exchanger within an IP65-protected control box, ensuring efficient heat dissipation. The integrated dual-RTK GNSS receiver provides precise steering and self-localization, with camera-controlled steering available for row crop applications. Movement is controlled via a remote unit, with machine data retrieval and automatic mode configuration accessible through a web interface. The primary 48V energy grid supports various battery packs and a range extender. The Tipard 350 has a permanent 4-wheel drive, with wheels capable of 360-degree rotation for different steering modes. Chassis clearance is adjustable between 0.5m and 0.7m, with hydraulic coupling for self-leveling. Telescopic axles allow easy track width adjustment, and a toolless change between track widths is possible by altering direction by 90 degrees.
