Cultivator is a perfect solution for stubble cultivation with an objective to provide a thorough and complete mix of soil and straw to the required working depth, incorporation of crop residues and organic fertilizer into the soil. Cultivator’s frame is made of heavy duty tabular section pipe. These cultivators are manufactured as 5, 7,9,11,13,15,17 tines available in three different size of profile thickness – 20 mm / 25 mm / 30 mm. Tines are profile cut specifically designed in such way to resist any distorting strains in toughest working condition such as cotton black soil field, banana, sugarcane and paddy field etc. The chassis which tines are mounted has holes for adjusting tine spacing. The tines are made of high-strength special steel. For preparing the soil for the sowing process single or double row roll also could be attachable at the back of the machine for making the soil plain. Duck foot point and narrow type end iron shovel can be attachable as optional. FEATURES -Powder Coated paint and zinc coated fasteners to provide excellent resistant against corrosion. -Available in 3 different type of shovel point for consistently good penetration and improved mixing -Roller option are provided at the back of the cultivator to control the depth of tilling at -Uniform level without spanner work. -Roller also works as soil clods breaker and ensure efficient crumbling pulverization. -Optional height adjustable draw-bar with multiple holes are provided to make the implement suitable for any available tractor and minimize the pulling forces.
