Manual sand filters are the most widely used filtration systems to filter water with a large amount of solids and organic material. Available up to PN16. • Filtration through a sand bed enables high quality water to be obtained. •The filter housing and collectors are made of carbon steel that undergoes a shot blasting-phosphating treatment and is electrostatically painted inside and outside in epoxy-polyester. •They are equipped with collector arms that have a filling mouth at the top and a large one at the bottom for draining, enabling easy access to the inside of the filter. •Maximum operating pressure: 10 kg/cm2 Water enters the filter from the top.
