ORON IRRIGATION FILTERS
ORON filters, thanks to their automatic cleaning system with a hydraulic suction nozzle system, do not require interrupting the filtration phase for cleaning, thus avoiding pressure losses in the installation during the washing process. Simpler equipment that gains in efficiency, specially designed to meet the needs of the most demanding installations.
ORÓN FILTERS DESCRIPTION
The ORV filter is a filtration unit equipped with an automatic cleaning system, through which the filtering element or mesh is self-cleaned with a hydraulic suction nozzle system. ORV is specially designed to meet the needs of the most demanding installations.
Ideal equipment for installations with medium flows where professional filtration is required. The filters can work alone or in battery (in case the flows are very high or the water contains a large amount of dirt and it is necessary to increase the filtering surface). The filter comes fully equipped, you only need to install the inlet, outlet, and drainage connections, as well as assemble other elements supplied according to specifications.
FILTRATION PHASE ORÓN FILTERS
Dirty water enters through the inlet located at the bottom, passing through the mesh filter.
The dirt with a size greater than that established by the filtration grade is retained on the inner surface of the mesh.
The filtered water exits through the filter outlet in optimal conditions for use, avoiding damage to the installation.
*Maximum working pressure: 10 bar.
AUTOMATIC SIMULTANEOUS CLEANING PHASE ORÓN FILTERS
As dirt accumulates on the inner walls of the mesh, a pressure differential is generated between the clean and dirty water flow.
Once a pressure difference stipulated in the controller is reached (recommended differential: 0.5 bar), the filter cleaning cycle starts automatically, which consists of activating a set of nozzles attached to a collector (washing group) that suck up the dirt adhered to the mesh surface, expelling it outside.
During the cleaning process, a helical movement of the washing group occurs, caused by the combination of rotational and translational movement, resulting in a scanning of the mesh. Once the cleaning cycle is finished and the pressure differential is recovered, the filter returns to the initial position waiting for another cycle.
*Important: minimum pressure for cleaning: 2 bar.
