OverviewAutomatic ring-separator filter with ring separation and inverted hydraulic architecture, designed to improve filtration efficiency in water containing high loads of inorganic solids (sands, heavy silts).
Technical details and operationThe CYCLON series optimizes fluid mechanics using an inverted configuration that promotes gravimetric and centrifugal settling of sands and heavy silts before the fluid reaches the filter pack. During regeneration the system combines mechanical ring separation with counterflow backwash and an independent automatic purge, reducing premature blinding and maintenance needs.
