DRIP IRRIGATION PIPES STARCOMP NEO Emitter pipe with integrated pressure-compensating dripper (PC), self-cleaning and anti-suction (AS). STARCOMP NEO is synonymous with uniformity. The dripper, designed and developed by the Gestiriego R&D&I department, thanks to its silicone membrane incorporated in the dripper, regulates and maintains the uniformity of a constant flow regardless of the working pressure. Thanks to its excellent design, it presents discharge exponent (x) values of practically 0 and a Coefficient of Variation (CV) below 5%, which classifies the emitter as category A. STARCOMP NEO ADVANTAGES - EXTRAORDINARILY RESISTANT. The STARCOMP NEO dripper is integrated into the pipe, giving it maximum resistance against UV radiation and temperature changes. Made with high-quality polyethylene, it withstands all types of impacts and pressures that may occur during work. Its silicone membrane is totally resistant to chemicals and fertilizers. - FLOW UNIFORMITY. Thanks to its symmetrical geometry and silicone membrane, the STARCOMP NEO dripper always provides the same amount of water and nutrients at working pressures from 0.5 to 3.5 bar. This allows for longer irrigation lines and installation in difficult topographies. Category A emitter with a low CV. - ANTI-CLOGGING. Thanks to its anti-suction system, it prevents the entry of particles into the emitter when the pipes are emptied. Its self-cleaning process causes a vibration in the membrane during pressure compensation, preventing particle sedimentation. Labyrinths with wide, precision-milled passages, designed to work with standard filtration systems, neutralizing clogging possibilities. Raised cross-shaped pre-filter prevents entry of particles larger than the minimum labyrinth passage.
