STARCOMP NEO is synonymous with uniformity. Dripper designed and developed by Gestiriego’s R+D+i department. Thanks to its silicone membrane incorporated in the dripper, it regulates and maintains the uniformity of a constant flow rate, regardless of the working pressure. Thanks to its excellent design, it offers discharge exponent values (x) of practically 0 and a Coefficient of Variation (CV) of less than 5%, which classifies the emitter as category A.
STARCOMP NEO ADVANTAGES
- EXTRAORDINARILY RESISTANT. The STARCOMP NEO dripper is integrated into the pipe, giving it maximum resistance against UV radiation and temperature changes. Manufactured with high quality polyethylene, it withstands all types of impacts and pressures that can occur in work tasks. Its silicone membrane is completely resistant to chemical products and fertilisers.
- UNIFORMITY IN THE FLOW RATE. Thanks to its symmetrical geometry and silicone membrane, the STARCOMP NEO dripper always provides the same amount of water and nutrients at working pressures from 0.5 to 3.5 bar. This allows for increased length of irrigation lines and installation in challenging terrains. Category A emitter with a CV.
- ANTI-OBSTRUCTION. Thanks to its anti-siphon system, it prevents particles from entering the emitter when emptying the pipes. Its self-cleaning process causes a vibration in the membrane during pressure-compensation, preventing sedimentation of particles. Wide labyrinths of pinpoint precision, designed to work with standard filter systems, neutralise the chances of obstruction. Cross-shaped and raised pre-filter prevents entry of particles larger than the minimum width of the labyrinth.
