Occitan is an independent disc harrow designed for shallow stubble cultivation with high field capacity. It reduces operational costs by efficiently destroying and incorporating plant residues. A seed drill can be integrated to increase agronomic value and reduce production inputs.

• Two disc types: large notched discs (Ø 620 mm, 6 mm thick) and mulcher discs; discs are self-sharpening and curved to cut residues and ensure homogeneous mixing.
• Two discs per arm with 230 mm spacing; staggered bearings increase clearance, better weight distribution and visibility.
• Non-stop spring-loaded safety: release starts at 350 kg, reaches 420 kg at 10 cm, then decreases until 18 cm to limit stresses on the frame and working elements.
• High penetration capacity ensured by tilt and attack angles and high weight per disc for mounted and semi-mounted models.
• Large clearances prevent clogging with high quantities of plant residues. Spacing between disc gangs: Occitan 50/60 = 950 mm; Occitan T60 = 1 100 mm; Occitan T70 = 1 350 mm. Underbeam clearance: 725 mm.

• Front stabilization wheels available (13.0/55x16 Ø 770 mm) adjustable mechanically or hydraulically for high-speed work on semi-mounted models.
• Following harrows (up to three) and side deflectors to channel soil flow and improve finishing; left deflector standard, right deflector optional and pivot-mounted to retract on impact.
