Product overviewHydrosal Ca is a liquid calcium-based formulation designed to mitigate the negative effects of excess sodium in soils and irrigation water. By ion exchange, calcium displaces sodium, improving soil flocculation and enabling salt leaching. This leads to enhanced soil structure, increased permeability, porosity and water retention, with positive effects on root system development. Hydrosal Ca also helps regulate calcium availability and gradually adjusts pH in both acid and alkaline soils, improving nutrient uptake for sensitive crops such as tomato, pepper, lettuce, strawberry and apple.
