Simplicity of movements is a fundamental characteristic of 2810 mixers. The mixing system is powered by the PTO at 540 rpm through a gimbal bar. The command through the lower auger is made by a chain gear box. A dual auger carrier delivers a constant and uniform supply, achieving a correct dosage of the products in the feeders. The opening of the discharge gate is powered hydraulically from the tractor and in its opening movement clutches simultaneously the drive of the side discharge conveyor. A set of magnetic plates (optional), ensures the retention of metallic elements such as wires, nails, etc. during rationing providing a better protection for your livestock. The discharge side conveyor features a significant ground clearance, that, in addition to its generous length, allows it a seamless access to all types of feeders and position itself over them, without getting too close, regardless of its shape. Moreover, because of its location at the front part of the trough, is located visible to the operator, this adds to the safety and comfort of task. A programmable electronic scale (optional) ensures the correct dosage and proportion of the food to be delivered. making a better use of inputs, saving operating time and increasing performance in production. The mixing box is supported by four load cells that send the information to the processor. Depending on requirements, It can be equipped with two different processors: 8 or 60 formulas.
