Product Overview10 cm (4") in-row spacing foldable paper chainpots delivered as long chains of 264 cells. Suitable for small-root and leafy crops such as turnip, spinach, onion, leek and similar crops. Designed for mechanized paperpot transplanters.
DescriptionChainpots are foldable seedling trays manufactured from durable paper. When expanded they form a honeycomb-style nursery tray. Each chain consists of 264 cells and can be unraveled from the edge for continuous planting. During transplanting, the chain is drawn off, inserted into the soil and covered; the paper is engineered to retain integrity throughout nursery handling. Depending on field conditions the paper may biodegrade in situ after planting; removal is optional if required.
