OverviewChainpots with 15 cm (6") in-row spacing, each chain containing 264 cells. Suitable for crops such as lettuce, basil, bok choy, onion and similar leafy or small vegetable seedlings.
Product detailsChainpots are foldable seedling trays made of paper. When expanded into nursery trays the honeycomb structure forms. Each honeycomb is a continuous chain of 264 cells that can be unraveled from the edge. Using a paperpot transplanter, the chain is drawn out, placed into the soil and covered. The paper is processed to maintain strength during the nursery period and will not decompose before transplanting under normal nursery conditions. Depending on soil conditions, paper may remain in the field after harvest; remove if necessary.
