Nova Combi
The renewed Nova Combi combines proven, reliable seeding techno-logy with a fresh look and enhanced versatility. With nova combi, sowing runs smoothly on all soil types — whether direct into stubble, on lightly tilled, or conventionally cultivated soil!
COULTER UNIT
The coulter unit of the Nova Combi seed drills is designed to ensure precise placement of seed and fertilizer and uniform crop emergence across all soil types. The offset structure opens the coulter rows and reduces draft resistance, resulting in lower fuel consumption and improved sowing accuracy. Row spacing is available in 12.5 cm or 16.7 cm configurations. The hydraulic coulter pressure adjustment, operable during work, allows pressure up to 200 kg.
The coulter unit can be equipped with discs of equal or varying sizes, made of highly wear-resistant steel and fitted with heavy-duty SKF bearings. Seeds and fertilizer are guided in separate channels, minimizing the risk of fertilizer burn and ensuring even nutrient availability.
Seeding depth is easily adjusted without tools using the T-handle, and the terrain-following structure ensures precise ground contour tracking. A front depth control wheel and a two-point linked coulter rail guarantee a consistent seeding result even on uneven fields.
ROLLER SECTION
The roller section of the Nova Combi seed drills is designed to promote even germination in all conditions. The pair-wheel design, which adapts to surface contours, ensures that seed furrows close evenly, even on uneven ground.
The wheelset also functions as the press wheel for the seed furrow, with a minimum weight of 40 kg, maintaining a wide clearance between the coulter unit and roller. As optional equipment, a hydraulic road suspension system is available for improved driving comfort.
In addition, a hydraulic following harrow with half-lift function can be fitted.
HOPPERS
The large hoppers of the Nova Combi seed drills provide high capacity for efficient sowing. A steplessly adjustable divider wall allows flexible allocation of hopper space between seed and fertilizer.
Ease of use is enhanced by a self-retrac-ting tarpaulin cover, both front and rear. The bottom flap adjustment is conve-niently operated from the side of the machine, and the calibration test position is also switched easily from the same side.
Calibration trays are stored under the feeding unit and can be positioned with a simple turn of a handle. Each corner is equipped with a drain valve, allowing the hoppers to be cleaned neatly for the next use.
CONTROL OPTIONS
ISOBUS control allows the machine to be operated either from the tractor’s own display or from an external ISOBUS terminal.
An ISOBUS retrofit kit is also available for tractors that are not ISOBUS-compatible.
The Nova Combi and Orion models can also be equipped with the machine’s own display or a simple, fully non-electric control system, ideal for more traditional use.
MECHANICAL FEEDING SYSTEM
The feeding system of the Nova Combi ensures precise and consistent sowing performance in all conditions.
The mechanical, ground wheel–driven precision feeder maintains a steady feed rate even at varying speeds and soil types.
The seed and fertilizer feed rate can be adjusted manually or via an optional remote control from the operator terminal. With remote control, precision farming is possible — optimizing input use according to the crop’s needs.
In addition, the machine comes standard with small seed equipment for accurate sowing of fine seeds such as grasses and oil crops.
