Plastic nozzle caps

Hypro offer a range of nozzle caps and seals suitable for different nozzle types. The bayonet fittings are designed to fit EF3 type nozzle bodies for example Hypro's ProFlo holder. Twist to lock operation ensure secure nozzle attachment, ease of removal and correct nozzle alignment. Hypro nozzles can also be supplied already sealed in the appropriate cap ready to fit. Alternatively TwinCaps accommodate two spray nozzles back-to-back at 30° angles in the same bayonet cap. This distributes spray volume over 2 nozzles to apply higher volumes of spray. This is particularly useful when highere water rates are required without coarsening spray quality for example with potato and vegetable contact acting fungicides. A unique blanking seal is also available to blank one outlet so that a single 30 degree inclined spray is applied, useful to achieve an inclined spray where lower rates are required such as on small grass weed targets.
