The Muck Master M1350 (ex M12) and M1450 (ex M14), with their fully galvanised body, are equipped with 150mm square beam axles, hydraulic brakes 420x180mm and 2 vertical beaters of 1035mm diameter with 46 reversible blades. The M1350, with an accurate heaped capacity of 13m3, can be transformed to a M1450 by adding side extensions and a large front protection cover (both fully galvanized) for a longer lifespan and thus increase the carrying capacity to 14m3. These models are built with the same technical characteristics of the higher capacity PICHON spreaders. These machines are designed for farmers and contractor wishing to get a robust machine with an accurate spread pattern. The specific position of the beaters frame prevents the product to be spread from being pushed back inside the body thereby reducing power required on PTO. These spreaders are equipped with a sprung drawbar and a manual jack but a drawbar with passive hydraulic suspension and a hydraulic jack can be added on the machine for more comfort. This unique PICHON design is a genuine innovation. By combining this design and the oversized diameter of beaters, PICHON enables its users to spread all kind of products with accurate spread pattern and high volume outputs.
