Precautions for use
Before operation

• Equipment inspection: check pipes, nozzles, valves, pumps and drive components for damage, leaks or blockages; verify moving parts and couplings.
• Tank cleaning: thoroughly clean the tank to remove debris and residues before filling to avoid contamination and pipeline blockages.

During operation

• Fertilizer selection: use liquid fertilizers compatible with the equipment regarding concentration, viscosity and pH; avoid overly viscous products or those containing impurities that may clog nozzles.
• Maintain consistent speed: keep a steady field speed to ensure uniform application.
• Monitor operation: observe spraying pattern, noises and vibrations; stop and address nozzle blockages or leaks promptly.

After operation

• Equipment cleaning: rinse tank, pipelines and nozzles with clean water to remove residues and prevent corrosion.
• Proper storage: store the tanker in a dry, ventilated place away from direct sunlight and rain; apply corrosion protection to exposed parts as needed.
