General characteristics
The ROLLCUT is a double-roller stalk destructer designed for shredding cover crops and crop residues at speeds above 25 km/h. It features interchangeable, reversible blades and two rollers of different diameters (Ø440 mm front, Ø400 mm rear) to ensure efficient chopping and destruction. The machine can be ballasted if required. Standard hitching is push-directional; an optional push–pull hitch is available. Deflectors protect the tractor from debris. In front-mounted position the ROLLCUT delivers effective work while avoiding crop compaction by tractor wheels.

• Shafts: Ø60 mm mounted on maintenance-free, lifetime-greased bearings
• Rollers: 8 blades; Ø440 mm front and Ø400 mm rear
• Blade mounting: helical arrangement
• Blades: reversible, height 100 mm
• Hitch: 3-point push-directional yoke, category 2 with locking
• Folding: by 2 cylinders with hydraulic locking
• Hydraulic equipment required: 1 double-acting service (if folding)
• Signalling: supplied as standard

Use
Designed for post-harvest use on oilseed rape, soybean, sunflower, corn and forage maize, and for destruction of cover crops and crop residues.
