Automatic dosing unit PDPA

Description
The PDPA automatic polyelectrolyte preparation and dosing unit comprises a rectangular tank divided into three compartments: a dilution compartment, a polyelectrolyte mixture ageing compartment and an ageing/storage compartment. Once the target concentration (0.05%–0.5% w/w) is set, the unit automatically doses dilution water and polyelectrolyte; the outlet solution can be further diluted in the site network if required. The unit includes alarm functions for dosing screw failure, dilution water shortage, insufficient hopper level and stirrer malfunction. Standard construction is stainless steel.
