Product overview
Hopper silos are engineered to store grains, seeds, legumes and pellets with improved discharge and protection from ground moisture. Elevating the product off the ground reduces humidity migration, limits product degradation and simplifies foundation requirements.

Design and materials
Constructed from galvanized steel S450GD with a minimum Z600 coating (≈600 g/m² Zn). Exterior stiffeners and reinforced corrugated panels improve structural behaviour while shallower corrugation reduces product adherence. Neoprene washers provide waterproof joints. Thickness calculation method exceeds EUROCODE 1 requirements.

Accessories and unloading/ventilation systems

• Internal ventilation conduits: perforated metal cylinders located inside the cone to ensure uniform air distribution through the grain mass and to reduce friction during discharge.
• Vibrating bottom: assists discharge of poor-flow products (e.g., flour, small seeds, soybean meal); designed for reinforced 60° cones and available in multiple diameters and outlet adaptations.
• Overhead ventilation cone / FLOW MASS: inverted central cone to avoid preferential flow channels and to balance air distribution and unloading.

Sizes and capacities
Capacity range: 43 m³ to 2,016 m³. Diameters: 3.82 m to 10.70 m. Conical sections available in 45° and 60° slopes. Outlet diameters from Ø270 mm to Ø1200 mm. Clearance between outlet and ground configurable (1.0 m or 1.5 m).
