Overview
Truck load silos are designed for storage and controlled dispatch of bulk products such as grains, flour and other granular or powder materials. Suitable for farms, feed mills, flour mills and industrial facilities requiring truck or rail loading.

Materials & construction

• Main material: galvanized steel S450GD
• Minimum coating: Z600 (≈ 600 g/m² zinc) for corrosion protection
• Galvanized external stiffeners to improve durability regardless of panel thickness
• Galvanized, bolted assembly with high-strength bolts for reinforced joints and fast on-site installation

Support structures & dimensions

• Support frames for truck or train drive‑through built from rigid double‑T rolled profiles in hot‑dip galvanized S275JR steel
• Standard outlet height from silo to ground: 4500 mm (customizable to project requirements)

Options & configurations

• Standalone units or arrays/matrices to match facility layout
• Optional maintenance platform and access to unloading outlet
• Possible lateral and top closures
• Integration option for load‑cell weighing systems mounted on the structure
