Manufactured in a choice of either 900mm wide for up to 5 tonnes per hour, or 1200mm wide for throughputs up to 8 tonnes per hour. The stone and clod separator features a presentation fruit & vegetable conveyor where crop and stones are fed into the stone separating machine.
A heavy-duty rotating clod roller, often referred to as a bounce roller, is positioned at the infeed. Clod and stones fall from and crop such as potatoes, bounce off and onto a flighted produce elevator. The crop elevator feeds crop out of the machine, and a reversible side-delivery trash conveyor receives the stones and clod and transfers all debris for waste.
