Product overviewThe PotSorter is a fully automatic grading line designed for sorting potted plants into four classifications. Pots are fed by a conveyor belt, positioned, and scanned with an in-house vision system that captures one top image and one side image. The system spaces pots to prevent leaf overlap, optimising downstream packing and handling.

Operation & softwareAll controls run on a Windows-based interface with an intuitive layout for fast operator training. The software exports output files with plant counts, batch identifiers and classification numbers. According to the assigned class, pots are diverted to the corresponding conveyor.
