OverviewThe TLF is a loader for trays and flats onto mobile tables or trolleys. A mobile table or trolley is positioned beneath the TLF while trays/flats are fed via a buffer belt and a stepper belt. Once a sufficient number of trays/flats are in position, the conveyor belt tilts and a slider bar pushes them onto the mobile table or trolley. A tilted plate guides the items to ensure a smooth downward movement. During loading, the mobile table or trolley is automatically advanced to match the tray/flat dimensions.
