Overview
The CuttingPlanter 2.0 plants cuttings uniformly and accurately by selecting and placing each cutting at a consistent depth without pre-selection. Its wide conveyor, large picking area and fast robot improve throughput while an unplanted-cutting return belt reintroduces rejected cuttings to the front of the machine for reprocessing.

Flexibility & Handling
The unit is adjustable to multiple tray and pot formats, patterns and pot sizes. An electrically tilting gripper with extended range enables angled pick-and-place for larger cuttings and supports a variety of crop types and tray layouts.

Control & Hardware
Controlled by CuttingVision software via a touchscreen. The machine features a large access door and active cooling for the electrical cabinet, vision computer and robot controller. Simple controls mean one operator can monitor and run several machines simultaneously.
