Catwalk

Overview
To facilitate control and management by farm personnel, this catwalk is designed as an intermediate walkway for multi-tier aviary systems. It is available for all models from the 6-level configuration (3 lower + 3 upper), providing safer and easier access for inspection, maintenance, loading and depopulation.

GALVANIZED STEEL GRATING

• Galvanized steel grating panels with airflow >90%.
• Alternatively, galvanized perforated steel frames providing approx. 50% airflow.
• Available for multi-tier aviary systems in Double/Triple configurations.
• Decker configuration available.
• Facilitates inspection and routine maintenance of equipment.
• Simplifies loading and depopulation operations.
• Standard maximum distributed load: 225 kg/m².
• Increased load capacity (up to 400 kg/m²) available on request.

PLYWOOD

• Available for multi-tier aviary systems in Double/Triple decker configuration.
• Provides a solid walking surface for inspection and maintenance tasks.
• Facilitates loading and depopulation operations.
• Suitable for bird usable area.
• Washable surface.
• Multilayer panel bonded with phenolic glue.
• Standard maximum distributed load: 225 kg/m².
• Increased load capacity (up to 400 kg/m²) available on request.
