Description

PREMIUM ROLLER The VR-ROLLER is designed for the toughest and most demanding jobs. With working widths ranging from 7 to 11 metres, it stands out for its uniform weight distribution and ground adaptation. It also delivers an exceptionally high level of consolidation and compaction, which is hard to match. Available discs: diameter 630 or 530 KEY POINTS - 1. - Extremely robust monocoque frame, built for heavy-duty, continuous work. Fully hydraulic folding. - 2. - Adapts perfectly to the terrain, with an intelligent design that distributes weight efficiently across the ground. - 3. - Independent wheel movement allows the roller to be fully lifted for manoeuvring. UNIQUE DESIGN The VR-Roller’s design is unique in several aspects. - •The most visible feature is its central monocoque frame, one of a kind, highly robust, integrating all components — but there’s more. - •The roller is divided into 3 oscillating sections, each independent from the others. This configuration ensures continuous compaction, avoiding the usual “stepping” marks seen in other systems. - •The forward-opening hydraulic system brings the roller closer to the tractor, improving manoeuvrability, while ensuring no hydraulic component bears load during field work. - •In transport, everything works in your favour: the centre of gravity is low, and the weight is centred, meaning the tractor carries very little load. - •The central wheels improve manoeuvrability. In the field, the rear wheel position provides excellent handling in small plots and allows the roller’s weight to be reduced in light or soft ground areas.
