Standard equipment and key features: Articulated/joint mulcher professional and robust with transmission through gearboxes – WITHOUT V-belts, for soils in “V” shape. STANDARD EQUIPMENT AND ADVANTAGES • Very robust professional machine for mowing the grass in “V”-shaped soils • Machine, manufactured in TWO sectors with central swivel (ASV 2200 and ASV 2600) and THREE sectors with a fixed central part (ASV 3000 to 4000) • Side wings with upwards inclination (V-system) • Transmission through gearboxes connected with cardan shafts • Counter-rotating cutter spindle rotors • Strong gear boxes secured in the connections with safety rubber discs • Gearbox adjustment 540 RPM (750/1000 RPM on request) • Distribution of the grass toward the rows (distribution of grass towards the carriageway on request) • Deflecting blades in sheet metal on both sides for optimal laying of the cut product • Machine equipped with front rollers and large rear roller (Ø 200 mm), height adjustable for ease of sliding and manoeuvring • Frame of three-point linkage category 2 - FIXED CENTRAL with chain and connecting pins • Third point with floating chain to allow the machine to perfectly follow the ground • Machine attached behind the tractor and used in trail (front mounting or for tractors with reverse drive on request - indicate RPM and direction of rotation PTO) • Safety-protections and “CE” certification
