Overview
The lightest mechanical solution for bedding and spreading of round bales. Lateral model DR 170 is designed to ensure regular forage distribution and sustained bedding while remaining maneuverable in narrow spaces.

Usage

• Designed for farm loaders and articulated loaders (telehandlers).
• Allows access and operation in the narrowest feeding alleys.
• Capable of unrolling straw, hay and wrapped bales up to 1 tonne, in rear-right (3-point hitch) or front-left (loader) positions.
• Unladen weight under 500 kg for easier handling and transport.

Equipment and options

• Tooth straw projector: hydraulic comb system with flexible fingers to project straw up to 5 m while preserving long strands and limiting dust. Manually foldable for rear-right (3-point) or front-left (loader) positioning.
• Chain conveyor and slats: adjustable chain tension according to bale weight; fitted with fixed teeth; forward/reverse to manage bale position.
• Deflector hood (option): located above the combs, channels straw flow for more precise bedding and reduces dust spread.
• Hydraulic loading arm (option): enables autonomous loading of the bale into the spreader body.
