Overview
Multicompact remote-controlled bedding unroller. Compact and versatile: overall width 1600 mm, rear driven and steering wheel for easy access in tight spaces. Highly modular machine adapting to multiple applications: 180° bale unrolling, bedding on bedded areas, distribution to conveyor belts, cubicle brushing. Versatility allows numerous configurations and a wide range of accessories.

Key features

• Retractable finger detangler - Manually height-adjustable, it regularly feeds the straw plate into the attachment to perform bedding or uniform distribution. The detangler is fixed to the tilting body.
• Remote control - Operable at distance via radio control that manages all machine movements: forward, stop, unroller and accessory actions, avoiding mounting/dismounting the tractor and allowing the operator to be close to animals during welfare operations.
• Quick accessory change - Parallelogram quick-change system; the accessory and machine are secured by a mechanical stop without tools. Maximum change time: 2 minutes.
• Distribution auger - Feeds conveyor belts on the right or left, enables distribution along feed barriers in narrow alleys (2.40 m). Equipped with torque control to prevent blockages. Can distribute up to 55 cm in height (attachment).
• Cubicle brush - 1 m diameter enclosed brush, reversible rotation for sweeping left or right. The brush can be offset manually or mounted at the rear of the machine to bed and clean cubicles in a single pass (attachment).
• Double bedding discs - Bedding width up to 6 m, suitable for bedded areas and litter whitening. Compatible with round or square bales (attachment).
• Single-disc cubicle bedding - Bedding left or right via manual flap and reversible disc rotation; straw projection offset up to 3 m (attachment).
