Automatic tray filler

Overview
We offer an automatic pacing unit for the 2-Row FiberCell Filling Machine to increase automation and throughput. Built with a robust construction, the line is designed for high performance, reliability and an ergonomic operator interface suited to nursery environments. The machine places plugs with diameters from Ø45 to Ø60 mm and adjustable lengths up to 100 mm. It performs best with fine, particle-free substrate and is especially suitable for propagation of tree species such as eucalyptus and acacia. The substrate hopper includes a level sensor and optional automated supply solutions.
