Automatic tray filler

Overview
The 4-Row Fully Automatic Placing Unit is designed to handle plugs with cell diameters ranging from 20 to 40 mm. The cell length is easily adjustable and can be set up to 70 mm, providing flexibility for different growing requirements. The system can be integrated with a destacking unit for the automatic feeding of trays, ensuring a smooth and continuous workflow. It is adaptable to a wide variety of tray types.

Operation
The machine is user-friendly, easy to clean, and designed for efficient operation by a single operator. Depending on cell length, cell diameter, and substrate type, the machine can achieve a production capacity of up to 16 000 cells per hour. The spike dibbler is adjustable to match specific trays used in the system, and operators can select the desired placement pattern for the cells within each tray. After formation, the cells are transferred onto four transport lines where they are automatically positioned into the trays by the 4-Row Fully Automatic Placing Unit, ensuring precise and consistent placement every time.
