Description
ACONITUM napellus 'Rubellum' produces hooded (helmet-shaped) light pink flowers. Flowers, leaves and seeds are poisonous; ingestion is toxic. The species yields the alkaloid aconite, historically used as a heart sedative. Flowering period: June - August. Suitable for container nursery production and professional landscaping use.
