ASTILBE chinensis 'Pumila' is a perennial plant producing feathery clusters of lavender-lilac flowers. Unlike woody Spiraea, its flower clusters are not woody. The variety is stoloniferous but not invasive, making it suitable for borders, mass plantings and mixed perennial beds in partially shaded conditions. Flowering period: July - August.
