The FT-600 is Foresteel's compact professional leaf vacuum trailer — purpose-built for smaller grounds maintenance machinery. It combines a fully functional hydraulic tipping trailer with a self-contained Briggs & Stratton-powered leaf vacuum and shredder in a single unit. One machine, one operator, two tools for the full season.

WHO IT'S FOR
The FT-600 is the right choice for golf clubs managing fairways and surrounds, manor parks, smaller municipal grounds, cemetery maintenance teams, hotel and hospitality grounds, sports facilities, and property managers working with larger lawn tractors, zero-turn mowers, compact loaders, ATVs, or UTVs. Its compact footprint and wide turf tires make it the only vacuum trailer in its class that genuinely respects sensitive grass surfaces.

HOW IT WORKS
A self-contained leaf impeller generates strong, stable suction and high-speed airflow. Collected leaves pass through an integrated shredder blade before entering the 2 m³ trailer body — reducing leaf volume by up to 10 times compared to unshredded material. A 2 m³ trailer therefore holds the equivalent of up to 20 m³ of loose unshredded leaves. Fewer trips to the dump site. More productive time on the turf.

The vacuum unit mounts and dismounts in approximately 20 minutes using 4 bolts. Off leaf season, the trailer operates as a standard hydraulic tipping trailer — carrying soil, gravel, mulch, or branches year-round. The 2-in-1 design means one investment covers the full maintenance calendar.

TIPPING AND UNLOADING
The trailer tips hydraulically at a 50° angle — sufficient to discharge even compacted, wet leaf loads cleanly. Hydraulic options: standard tractor hose connection, self-contained manual handpump kit, or a fully integrated electro-hydraulic kit with wired or wireless remote. The electro-hydraulic option makes the trailer fully independent of the tow vehicle's hydraulics — ideal for electric vehicles, golf carts, or machinery without hydraulic outputs.

CONSTRUCTION AND DURABILITY
The FT-600 frame, side panels and corner posts are hot-dip galvanized for long-term corrosion resistance. The vacuum impeller housing uses Hardox wear-resistant steel. Extra-wide 20" turf tires (Kenda K500) minimize surface pressure on delicate grass — the same tire used as OEM on leading commercial zero-turn mower brands.

ENGINE OPTIONS — G2 VACUUM UNIT
The FT-600 is configured with Foresteel's second-generation G2 debris loader. Three options are available:

• MIDvac G2 — 14 HP Briggs & Stratton Vanguard, manual start. 112 m³/min airflow. Hardox impeller and shredder blade.
• MIDvac G2-EL — 14 HP Briggs & Stratton Vanguard, electric start. Same specification with added start comfort.
• PROvac G2 — 18 HP Briggs & Stratton Vanguard, electric start. Higher power reserve for larger or more demanding sites.

All options include a 200 mm / 5 m suction hose with lightweight wheeled ergonomic nozzle and Quick-Connect system. Briggs & Stratton engines carry a 36-month commercial warranty. An integrated hour meter tracks service intervals from day one.

OPTIONAL: UNDERFRAME SUCTION UNIT
The FT-600 can be fitted with Foresteel's Underframe Suction Unit — a passive inlet mounted beneath the trailer that automatically collects debris driven over by the tow vehicle. Particularly effective in dry conditions or on hard surfaces. Significantly reduces manual sweeping passes.

OPTIONAL: MOWING DECK INTEGRATION
A universal mowing deck adapter set allows direct connection between the FT-600 vacuum system and the mowing deck of compatible lawn tractors and zero-turn mowers. Enables simultaneous mowing and collection in a single pass — eliminating the separate collection step entirely.
