Olli 450B+ is a 12 V battery-operated energiser delivering up to 3.0 J output energy, designed for longer fences or applications requiring higher output energy.

Main features
Olli 450B+ includes monitoring of fence condition, battery voltage indication, selectable battery deep-discharge protection, and four power-saving modes:

• full power
• half power
• day and night modes controlled by ambient light

The 20 W solar panel kit is available as an accessory. The energiser's functions help keep the battery properly charged and prevent damage from deep discharge. Charging control in solar-panel operation prevents overcharging the battery under any circumstances. Fence voltage measurement reveals possible problems with fence condition. The power supply can be cut with the OFF button (removing the battery is not required to cut the power).

Tip: Use leisure (deep-cycle) batteries rather than vehicle starter batteries as the energiser’s power source.
Tip: Inadequate earthing is the most common cause of poor fence efficiency. Proper installation of earthing from the start prevents many efficiency problems.
