Medium size machines, ideal for solid waste disposal aimed to the compost preparation or to recycle wooden rests for biomass production. Their capacious hopper and high production capacity make them ideal for working in municipality dumps, for contractors and for professional composting plants. The material is charged with a mechanical device and stored in the hopper, squashed by a toothed roller and conveyed to the action of the hammers through a bottom closed chain. S 10000 can be equipped with a bending floating chain, instead of the roller, to easily convey the material against the shredding drum. These machines have an exclusive shredding system, made by a top-down rotor that pushes the material against a fixed anvil (a uniform grinding of the material is thus guaranteed). The rotor is made by several parallel discs; therefore it does not break, in case any foreign body is introduced by mistake. Standard or widia hammers can be mounted, according to the end-user’s requirements. These machines can be powered either by diesel engine, electric motor, or tractor PTO. An electronic device regulates the feeding of the material to be shredded, according to the available power. It is called “No Stress”, because it stops the feeding in case of stress of the engine, thus avoiding the engine surcharge and the machine obstruction. A rubber conveyor or a ground discharge chute complete the standard equipment. Pezzolato shredding machines can be towed with an homologated trailer (high- or low speed) or they can be supplied in stationary version, with hook-lift system or with trucks.
