Product Overview
The TMR horizontal feed mixer is designed for farm-scale Total Mixed Ration production. The hopper bottom is made of alloy steel suitable for harsh environments. The cutting blades are manufactured from high wear‑resistant materials to extend service life. Silage, bales, straw and other fibrous feeds can be fed directly for chopping and mixing. Typical cutting and mixing time is about 20 minutes per batch, and depending on hopper volume a unit can feed approximately 200–1500 cows per day.

TMR Meaning
TMR (Total Mixed Ration) thoroughly mixes forage, concentrates, minerals, vitamins and additives to deliver a consistent nutrient concentration and balanced ration in every bite for livestock. Combined with proper formulation, TMR technology supports reproducible rations, uniform intake and simplified feed management.
