Product OverviewThe 10m³ Trailed Grain and Fertilizer Transfer Spreader is a tractor-towed unit designed for bulk grain transport, rapid grain unloading, fertilizer transfer and field spreading. It integrates a large-capacity hopper, a hydraulically raisable and 360° rotatable high-discharge auger, and a rear dual-disc spreading system to support efficient operations on large-acreage farms.
Key Features and Advantages10m³ Large-Capacity Hopper: Increases load per trip and reduces downtime for loading/unloading.
High-Discharge Auger System: 5.5m lifting height with 180° left and 180° right rotation for flexible unloading and transfer.
Multi-Function Design: Combines grain transport, grain unloading, fertilizer transfer and spreading in a single trailed implement.
Dual-Disc Fertilizer Spreading: Rear dual-disc unit delivering an adjustable spreading width of 6–12m.
Tractor-Powered Conveying: Material conveying driven by the tractor PTO and auger transmission for reliable transfer operations.
Built for Large-Field Use: Specified for operations requiring higher-capacity transport and on-site fertilizer handling.

Operation Instructions and Safety NotesPerform a pre-operation inspection of tires, brakes, lights, hydraulic connections, auger lifting/rotation mechanisms and the conveying system. Load material evenly and do not exceed rated capacity to maintain stability. Ensure the discharge area is clear of people and obstacles before operating the auger; raise and rotate the auger smoothly to avoid sudden movements. Monitor material flow during conveying and spreading; stop and inspect the system if blockage or abnormal operation occurs. Avoid high-discharge unloading in strong winds to prevent material drift.
Maintenance Recommendations- Clean residual grain and fertilizer from hopper, auger and conveyors after each use.
- Check hydraulic oil condition and levels regularly.
- Inspect hydraulic hoses, fittings and seals for leaks or damage.
- Check auger and conveying components for wear or blockage.
- Tighten fasteners and inspect structural welds periodically.
- Clean tires and chassis after operation in muddy or wet conditions.
- Store the machine in a dry, ventilated area when not in service.
