Product OverviewThe 3 m³ Trailed Grain and Fertilizer Transfer Spreader is an agricultural implement designed for bulk grain transport, fertilizer transfer and field spreading. It combines a 3 m³ hopper, a high-discharge auger driven by the tractor power take-off and a rear dual-disc spreading unit. The discharge tube is hydraulically liftable and can rotate 180° left and right to enable flexible unloading to other equipment or storage points.
Key Features and Advantages- Multi-purpose: supports grain transport, hopper unloading, fertilizer transfer and field broadcasting across seasonal farm tasks.
- High-discharge auger: provides 4.5 m lift with hydraulic positioning and 180° rotation for flexible transfer and discharge.
- Tractor-driven auger: auger powered via PTO shaft for reliable mechanical conveying from the hopper.
- Rear dual-disc spreader: enables fertilizer application with an adjustable spreading width of 6–10 m.
- 3 m³ hopper with 5,000 kg max load: suitable capacity for field transport and transfer operations.
- Removable discharge tube section: overall length 5,103 mm (4,014 mm with rear section removed) for compact transport and storage.

Operation Instructions and Safety NotesBefore each use inspect tires, brakes and lighting. Check auger connections, hydraulic components and rotating/lifting mechanisms for looseness, deformation or leaks. Ensure conveying auger is clear of foreign objects. Load hopper evenly and do not exceed the maximum load. Keep bystanders clear during unloading and spreading. Operate lifting and rotation functions smoothly to minimise spillage. Stop and inspect before clearing any blockage. After work in wet or muddy conditions clean tyres and chassis and avoid high-discharge unloading in strong winds.
Maintenance Recommendations- Remove residual grain and fertilizer from hopper and conveying components after use to reduce corrosion and blockages.
- Check hydraulic oil level and condition regularly; inspect hoses and fittings for leaks.
- Inspect auger, transmission parts and fasteners for wear or looseness and correct before operation.
- Clean and store machine in a dry, ventilated place when not in use.
